Holistic fitness coach blending nearly 20 years of nutrition and wellness experience. I honor time-tested holistic practices with science-backed methods to build strength, resilience, and longevity.

MS in Human Nutrition • Certified Health & Wellness Coach • Group Fitness & Personal Training • 200‑hr Yoga Teacher Certification

My approach is practical, positive, and joyful. I design classes that move every body part, challenge the body safely, and leave participants feeling energized and alive. Gratitude for what our bodies do—from circulating blood to repairing cells—is central to my cueing and community. I’m known for uplifting energy, encouraging instruction, and themed playlists that make workouts fun and memorable.

Whether you want to improve performance, recover smarter, or cultivate daily vitality, I combine nutritional insight, breath and movement practices, and progressive training to support measurable growth and long-term wellbeing.
